6. Warranty

P2P Cable warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the period specified in the applicable product documentation. Our Fiber Management Systems carry a lifetime warranty. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. Claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, P2P Cable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use our products, services, or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Returns and Cancellations

Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with prior authorization. Custom-made products, including custom cable assemblies and non-standard configurations, are non-returnable. Order cancellations must be requested in writing and may be subject to restocking fees. Contact our sales team for return authorization.

9. BABA and Regulatory Compliance

Products designated as BABA (Build America, Buy America) compliant meet the applicable requirements of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Compliance certifications and documentation are available upon request. P2P Cable makes no representation regarding compliance with regulations or standards not specifically stated in product documentation.
